Yes! There are no sign-up fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden costs. There is a small fee of $0.35 + 3.5% per donation to cover Credit Card payment processing costs.
Bonus: Donors can opt to cover this fee, so you keep 100% of their contribution.
What is the Set-up like?
Getting started with TUIO Fundraising is fast and easy. After you’ve signed up with us, you can customize your donation settings, create unlimited items for donors to choose from, and go live—all in just a few minutes. It’s fully self-serve, so you’re in control from the start.
Do I need to be a registered nonprofit?
No. TUIO Fundraising is open to everyone–schools, local groups, community projects, personal causes, and more. If you have a reason to fundraise, you can use TUIO.
What can I collect donations for?
Just about anything. From event fundraising to memberships, support funds, or ongoing initiatives, you’re in control of how and why you raise.
How are funds processed?
Donations made through TUIO Fundraising are processed directly through the registered banks we work with. You’ll sign up with our processor and be set up as your own merchant, meaning that you process your own funds—TUIO never holds or accesses your funds.
What payment methods can I accept?
TUIO currently supports credit card donations, giving your supporters a fast, familiar, and secure way to give.
Are my information and transactions secure?
TUIO Fundraising is hosted on highly secure AWS servers with enterprise-grade encryption, firewalls, and DDoS protection. We use strict access controls and 24/7 infrastructure monitoring to keep your data safe and your fundraising running smoothly.
