Our new Reports feature can be used to prepare and email childcare tax receipts.
Tax season is never fun, but when you run a school or a daycare and have to provide families with tax receipts, things get worse.
Based on discussions with our customer base, administrators spend an incredible amount of time preparing those tax receipts and distributing them to parents.
Users of TUIO are now able to benefit from a new feature that computes and issues tax receipts electronically to families based on parameters managed by the administrator. It’s possible to include some or all billing programs, adjust amounts and descriptions, and push the report directly to a parent’s email address.
Even in countries or states that may not require a tax receipt to be issued to parents, this feature is a great way to provide parents with an electronic statement (annual, quarterly, etc.).
