We recently partnered with Tuio and couldn’t be more satisfied. We are a childcare center located on the Toronto Island, and the representative (Lelian) was friendly and accommodated our unique circumstances. He took the time to travel to our location and provided us with a thorough and concise demonstration.

The onboarding process was extremely streamlined, and we were up and running within a week of signing up, with minimal involvement on our end other than providing basic family/customer information.

Afterwards, the Tuio team proactively followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied with how the platform worked and gave us guidance with any questions we had.

From a product perspective, the program is very user friendly and responsive, and it has exceeded our highest expectations.

Since we’ve partnered with Tuio, our clients have access to online invoices and payments, auto billing and the outstanding customer support team. In turn, this helps us reinforce our image of a professional, parent-focused childcare center with our own customers.
