Hello,
I have used TUIO for over a year and it has worked so well for our purposes as an online school. The first thing I’d like to point out is the customer service. As a new school I had to juggle a lot of things on my own and it has been awesome to have the support from TUIO as they are so quick to respond to questions and to help whenever necessary. The support team has been absolutely exceptional and incredible, it really has blown me away.
TUIO has saved me a ton of time. I love that I am able to mass assign the children to different programs and to be able to create different payment plans within each program. Parents can select the plan that they want based on the options that we set up, this is a great feature to allow parents to choose their own payment plan. It is also easy to customize a payment plan for a specific family's needs if necessary.
The discounts feature has also been helpful while the school grows. I just need to click a button to apply the sibling discount to a child and then I immediately see the 10% discount reflected on the balance of the invoices.
I’ve worked in education my entire career and with online schools for 15 years. Compared to other providers, TUIO is new and easy to use!
