Learn-a-Lot Playschool on TUIO

Hello,
TUIO has been such a relief and has saved a huge amount of headaches for our volunteer treasurer. Before TUIO, our parent volunteer treasurer had to collect cheques and would deposit the cheques when they had time to do so. Often this would be in the middle of the month and the money would no longer be in some families accounts, which would result in bounced payments. Not to mention most parents had never even written a cheque before! This form of payment is more professional, modern and organized than our previous form of payment.
I found that once I figured out how to manipulate TUIO, it was and is so easy to use! Our bookkeeper has taken over and is the main admin on TUIO. He has had no trouble getting the data and lists he needs, everything is easily exported into a spreadsheet and automatically reconciled. It is convenient to have everything in front of you and organized the way TUIO does it!
We had very few questions from parents of students who joined throughout the year. The invoices for the whole year were showing up, despite the fact the student had not attended for some of those months. After a quick chat with TUIO, they quickly explained to me how to resolve the issue and how this should be done the next time I add a new student. It was so simple! The Support Team is always so kind and wonderful!
To sum it up, TUIO is a good investement, parents seem to quite like it and it's working well for us!
