To future TUIO clients,
I am happy with TUIO and the time savings the system has given us. We have been using TUIO for 3 years and have seen various benefits.
I love that we can refund parents easily and when necessary. Especially this past year with COVID this feature has been very helpful. We have had to refund several families and the ease of TUIO has made this process stress-free.
The automated payments are great when we have new families at our daycare. We do not have to remind the parents to pay as TUIO handles everything for us!
We used to have to line up at the bank to deposit cheques and chase parents to e-transfer money, but no longer. Everything is in the system, all in one place. It is easy to check if the parents have paid or not, and there is no manual input required.
The transfer from cheques to TUIO has been so successful, all but two of our families are paying online through TUIO. The families at our daycare are very happy with the support they receive from TUIO as well.
I do not have a lot of experience using computers or softwares like this, but I am comfortable using TUIO! Any time my staff or I need assistance, the support team is very helpful and responds in a timely manner.
All in all, I would definitely recommend TUIO for your billing and payment solution!
