Mountain Christian School on TUIO

We estimate that TUIO saves our school office close to 8 hours per week, roughly 32 hours in a typical four-week month, on billing, tracking payments and following up with families. That is a full workday each week that we can use to enhance the learning environment for our students.

Across our two campuses, we use TUIO to manage tuition and bus fees, with different rates and payment arrangements to suit our families.

Keeping our billing and payment records together helps us stay organized. We can see what has been paid, what is outstanding and which families need follow-up, while accommodating sibling rates, family rates and changes to payment dates.

The support matters as much as the software. When a billing situation needs extra attention, the TUIO team helps us work through it. Parents can also contact TUIO directly for help with their payments, giving our office someone to turn to rather than having to work through every question alone.

For a Christian School of our size, having that combination of flexible billing and personal support makes a difference. I would recommend TUIO to other schools looking to spend less time administering payments and more time serving their school community.
