To whom it may concern,
TUIO is working exceptionally well for us and we are so thankful that we signed up with them. Prior to using TUIO, we used spreadsheets, QuickBooks and multiple accountants to keep track of our tuition payments and incoming registrations.
Initially, we were nervous about moving our information from our old system to TUIO, but with the help of TUIO Support it was a simple process. We have endless great things to say about TUIO Support, specifically about how quick they are to provide a helpful response.
We enjoy the flexibility that TUIO offers. We are able to collect our tuition payments, registrations, and produce tax receipts all in one software. TUIO also allows us to create new enrollments and assign invoices with just a few clicks.
Now that the majority of our parents are making automated payments with TUIO, we rarely have any overdue payments and any that we do have are quickly resolved by us or TUIO Support. Our bookkeeper also takes advantage of TUIO’s ability to export all of our invoice data into an organized spreadsheet for bank reconciling.
