To whom it may concern,
My name is Roula and I am the Principal of Petite Maison Montessori. I am very pleased with TUIO and my working relationship with their team.
TUIO has been a great investment for our school. Prior to using TUIO, I spent a lot of time manually dealing with billing and payments. I handled the cheques, recorded the cheques, and dealt with NSF’s that would come in the mail. It was a slow process. Now, with TUIO, everything is organized and in one place, and there are NO charges for the rare NSF! We went from accepting cheques to automated payments smoothly with the help of TUIO Support. The time savings have been huge since we implemented TUIO.
Our parents also transitioned without hesitation and with ease. All of our families are currently using TUIO for payments and are happy with the software. Any time parents or myself have questions, the TUIO team is quick to respond and assist.
The dashboard feature is very useful, the graph breaks down the financial data and it is helpful to see the overall picture. I can track the payments coming in and it is an easy option to view our finances in one place.
I recommend TUIO to any educational organization that would like to modernize or streamline their payments and billing system, as well as save time!
