I will just start off by saying that we love TUIO! It is easy to use, fair pricing and our families have happily adapted!
We have used several other payment methods prior to TUIO, including electronic systems. I can say with confidence, nothing compares to TUIO. Our families did not like the previous system either. With TUIO, they simply have to log in and add their payment method and everything is automated! We have received positive feedback from families and if they have any questions, they can ask directly to TUIO. Luckily we have not ran into many problems!
I was incredibly happy when TUIO came about. I used to spend so much time answering parents' questions, emailing reminders for late payments, handling all payment related tasks. I am saving so much time now that TUIO has automated the entire process and made my work life 98% better!
