Uptown Montessori School participates in CWELCC and needed to apply CWELCC credits to our families’ accounts. This could be a slow and error-prone job if done by hand and it requires checking that each one reached the right invoices.
TUIO created the credits from an uploaded file, generated the credits for every child and applied them to the correct invoices. A single import covered all the credits and allocations.
The support through the process mattered as much as the feature itself. We were working to a deadline ahead of our July billing, and the TUIO team worked with us directly to get everything imported and verified in time. Our families saw the correct amounts on their invoices, which is what we had promised them.
I would recommend TUIO to any childcare centre that needs to apply CWELCC credits across its families. It saved our team a significant amount of manual work and gave us confidence that the amounts credited were correct.
