Valley Christian School on TUIO

Dear School Administrator,

I am the Financial Officer for Valley Christian School in British Columbia, Canada. Our school has been a part of the community since 1985, and we currently have classes from Kindergarten to Grade 8, and cater to 130+ students locally as well as international students.

The biggest change that came across my life since using TUIO is that I do not have to remember to follow-up and enter all the data for all these families every month. It happens automatically. It’s also easier for parents to control this entire experience.

This is a big change from how we did things before we used TUIO. I would have to manually enter in the payments due in every month. Now the invoices go out automatically and parents are reminded to make the payments on time. They are also reminded if they’re falling behind, and I have an easy way of checking where all the payments are with each family in our school.

There have been no complaints so far from parents. They really do seem to like it. Additionally, the front desk at the office have also not heard any complaints either. The experience with TUIO has been positive for the parents.

The TUIO team have been very helpful during this transition as well. They are very quick to get back to me in case I ever have any issues. I also appreciate that they take my feedback seriously and work to update features. The team took care of all the details when I first started using this, which was a big time saver as well.
