Willows Christian Montessori School on TUIO

To whom it may concern,

I am the founder and director of Willows Christian Montessori School and we have been using TUIO for 6 months. Our experience so far is great - TUIO works very well and helps our school a lot!

TUIO helps us take care of tuition collection so that it is smooth and effortless. Prior to TUIO I was accepting cheques. I had to collect the cheque, mark it, keep track of who has paid and who has not, remind the parents, talk with them - this took hours, hours that I am now saving! I no longer need to keep track of who has paid and who has not as this is all automated now and I only need to login to TUIO to see this. I don’t have to remind parents of an upcoming or late payment, as the money is automatically withdrawn - I love that! When we have a new student, we only have to set them up and then we don’t have to do anything else until the end of the year. I do not have to put in time thinking about it. My time spent on billing and payments has been cut in half thanks to TUIO.

The parents are happy with the transition to TUIO. We had some questions about the credit card fees at the beginning, parents liked the credit card feature but after realizing there were processing fees, most parents have chosen to pay by pre-authorized debit instead. It is great that parents have the option to pay with a bank account or credit card.

The customer service is prompt to reply to us whenever we have a question or issue. At the beginning, I did not see any money deposited into my account, this was quickly resolved within 24 hours after emailing TUIO customer service. They are very efficient.

I am happy with TUIO! I recommend this service to you and my friends!
