I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Tuio, with which Little Owl has engaged in order to provide our families with digital payment options.

Working with the Tuio team has been a rewarding experience. The onboarding process was very smooth and has required limited effort on our end. Tuio has been flexible at all levels and has offered to handle the communication with parents in order to educate them on the service and maximize their adoption of it.

Thanks to Tuio, our families now have access to a personal online dashboard, where they can review their invoices paid and outstanding, update their payment methods on their own, any time of day. Since most of our parents are working during business hours, this allows them to modify their account preferences at their convenience, without the need to involve our staff. In turn, this allows our team to focus on the most important parts of our activity (spending time with the children and strengthening the customer relationship with the parents).

I very much look forward to an enduring collaboration with Tuio, and recommend that any child care organization thinking of an automated payments option give them an opportunity to prove their value.
