To whom it may concern,
Overall, we are delighted with TUIO. We have peace of mind in knowing that the finances of the school are secure and well-organized.
Before we started using TUIO, we were collecting cheques and using spreadsheets to track payments. Now TUIO keeps us organized with all of our school finances on one platform, instead of multiple spreadsheets.
We also made the switch from collecting paper forms to using the digital forms features on TUIO. This has allowed us to collect Registrations, Summer Camp choices, and Student Information online and it all flows seamlessly into the billing aspect of TUIO. TUIO support helped replicate our previous forms for us which was an added bonus.
At first, we were hesitant to join TUIO, as we were unsure of the learning curve and the work involved in maintaining payments. TUIO customer support has been amazing. They are always quick to respond and are extremely helpful whenever we need them.
Our parents are very pleased that we decided to join TUIO. They like having the ability to select their own payment plan and view their scheduled payments on demand. They also appreciate that they no longer have to write cheques and hand-deliver them to the school.
